Chung and his team does an excellent job with customer service! I've gone to him many times and they always treat me with honesty and respect. There has been multiple times where he helped me find a part, ordered it, and scheduled a convenient time for an appointment the very next day. If he encounters other problems, he gives you solid advice and different routes you can take. Best prices in town 👌🏽 🙌

My experience has been very enlightening. Not only did he take me as a walk in, he also ensured that I understood what caused the cars issues and how to prevent them for the future. Very clear, very direct , and very kind. 10/10

Chung's did a fantastic job from setting up the appointment, greeting me, all the way to handing me back my car. They changed both of my lower control arm, realigned my front-end, and even gave my air conditioning system a check-up and refilled the system. They remained true to their word, as they gave me back my car on time. They are outstanding!

Wow. That is how I can describe my experience at Chung's Alignment & Auto Services. I came across this business after I found my car failed its safety inspection due to some serious mechanical issues. My car needed immediate attention as a result, and to make matter worse, my car's safety inspection was good for the end of the month and the dealership said it would take at least a week for the parts to come in. Plus, the dealership gave me a hefty quote for all of the repairs they "recommended" to me. I was baffled, the quote came out to almost half of the car's value. Not only did Chung's took me in literally at the last minute, the shop owner, Chung Tu, wrote to me via email that the quote was quite high and he was skeptical that my car needed that many repair. He offered to take me in the next morning after my car failed its safety inspection, and he pointed out the mechanical issues and the severity for each one. We were able to hone in on the necessary fixes, which ended up slashing the quoted repair cost by 40%. On top of that, he threw in a 15% discount and he had my car readied by the end of that day. Outstanding service by Chung and his local business. I would happily recommend others to take their car to his shop if your car requires serious mechanical service. I guarantee you will not get ripped off. Your car and your wallet will thank you. Also, bring cash or a debit card. This business does not accept credit card (correct me if I'm wrong).

I have taken my cars to Chung's Alignment a couple of times and I've always had a good experience. He and his technicians are quick, hardworking, and take the time to explain what they are doing when asked. Chung was able to accommodate my schedule and took extra time to fix my suspension when he found it had issues. He also picks up the phone, which apparently is difficult for a lot of shops to do now! I have found his quoted prices for parts were fair, and the labor cost is very reasonable compared to other shops. I did not feel like I was overcharged for any work performed. I definitely recommend Chung's shop, and I will take my cars to him again in the future.

Owner is honest and good business man, one day I couldn't rotate my tires at Sam's due to possible damaged lug nut, I took it to Chung's alignment, Owner called me to pick up the car and no charge cuz nothings wrong. Who does this nowadays, hardly anyone but there's still few good and honest people like Chung, I'll definitely give him business if there's a need too. Aloha & Mahalo, Will Y.

Great experience getting my truck's wheel alignment done. I couldn't get through calling a few times, but was able to easily make an appointment using their online form for the following day. I showed up exactly at my appointment time and was able to put my truck on the rack immediately. Chung told me it would take about an hour, so I got some food from a nearby restaurant and waited in their office. My truck was done exactly an hour later. Fast, friendly and (af)fordable... would come back for future vehicle work. Mahalos!

I am a regular customer to this mechanic shop. Made alignment and replaced my wheel bearing and strut. Price was good. The best alignment service in Honolulu.
